Every other year, The American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy hosts the Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings in Pacific Grove, CA. For the 2010 conference, organizers are reaching out to social scientists from outside the energy field in order to learn from their insights about human behavior and decision-making. Conversely, this conference is also a terrific venue for social scientists to learn more about current thinking and efforts to influence energy behavior.
