Reception

The reception is being held at NCAR Center Green (CG) in Building 1. On this map it is the little green square labeled number “1”. The address is 3080 Center Green Drive . For those of you staying at the Residence Inn, it is about a one-minute walk. From the Residence Inn, go back out to the road (Center Green Drive) and turn right (north), and you'll see the building just up the road. The building is labeled CG-1, and it has a big flag pole in front of it.
To get to our reception room, go in the main door of CG-1 (on the south side of the building) and check in with security. Then, on your right, the first door you'll see is to the stairs (the door is labeled #1030). Go up to the second floor, and when you come out of the staircase, you'll see a big double door across the way to left, to a little cafeteria area (we'll also have some signs pointing you the right way).
Daily Workshop Locations
NCAR Foothills Lab (FL)

Other than the reception, the rest of the workshop primarily will be held in the NCAR Foothills Lab 2 (FL2). You'll need to enter through Building 2, because that's where the main receptionist desk is located for you to sign in. On this map it's the blue square labeled FL2. Most workshop sessions will be in the COMET classroom, which is located right behind the main receptionist desk in FL2, in Room 1024.
For those of you staying in the Residence Inn, it's about a 10-minute walk to FL2. There is a path, which we'll tell you about during the reception. For those of you driving to FL2, you can park anywhere in the parking lot.
Summary of Rooms, Times and Meals
Please see the table below for the times and locations of the workshop sessions each day. We'll be having another reception on Friday, July 13, at NCAR as well as group dinners on Saturday, Monday, and Thursday evenings that we would like everyone to attend. We will provide transportation to the restaurants.
